1. Who We Are

QuickGlide is an AI-powered social media marketing SaaS platform that helps organizations generate, schedule, and distribute native content across multiple social channels. Questions about this policy can be directed to Info@quickglide.in.

2. Data We Collect

The service gathers account information (name, email, hashed password, workspace type), brand voice profiles (business description, audience, tone, keywords, optional logo), encrypted social platform OAuth tokens, platform metrics (reach, impressions, engagement), billing data (plan type, billing cycle), usage data (features accessed, content generation, publishing activity, error logs), and technical data (IP address, browser type, session cookies).

3. How We Use Your Data

QuickGlide uses collected information to provide and improve services, generate AI content using brand profiles as context, publish to connected platforms, process billing, send performance digest emails (with opt-out available), and detect fraud. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Facebook and Meta Platform Data

When connecting Facebook or Instagram accounts, QuickGlide accesses pages, accounts managed, metrics, ad library data (select plans), and WhatsApp channel data (select plans) via OAuth consent. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and can be revoked anytime. We comply with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, using obtained data solely for disclosed purposes.

5. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

Data is shared with our AI provider (content generation), Meta Platforms (publishing), payment processors (Stripe/Razorpay/PayPal), email providers (Resend/Brevo), error monitoring (Sentry), and hosting providers (Vercel/Railway). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained during active subscription or as legally required. OAuth tokens are removed upon platform disconnection. Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

Users may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection to marketing communications, or consent withdrawal. Requests receive responses within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Only essential cookies for authentication and sessions are used; no advertising or tracking cookies are employed.

9. Security

Data transmits over HTTPS. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Rate limiting, security reviews, and audit logging are maintained with multi-tenant architecture.

10. Children's Privacy

QuickGlide does not knowingly collect data from children under thirteen.

11. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed internationally with appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

Updates are communicated via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued service use indicates acceptance.
