By accessing or using QuickGlide (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and QuickGlide ("we", "us", "Company"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
QuickGlide is an AI-powered social media marketing SaaS platform that allows users to generate platform-native social media content using AI, schedule and auto-publish content across connected social media accounts, view cross-platform performance analytics, run Meta ad campaigns and automation flows (select plans), and access competitor intelligence via Meta Ad Library (select plans). You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and must notify us immediately at Info@quickglide.in if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. Accounts are available as Individual Creator workspaces (single user) or Enterprise Team workspaces (shared Brand Voice Profile across team members).
QuickGlide offers a free trial period — no credit card required at signup. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis by our payment provider. Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from account Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds for partial months.
You own your content. Any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content") remains your property; you grant QuickGlide a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service. Content generated by our AI engine using your Brand Voice Profile is owned by you — we claim no rights over AI-generated outputs produced for your account. The QuickGlide platform, software, trademarks, and design are owned by QuickGlide; you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights; post spam, misleading, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content; violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform; infringe intellectual property rights; attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; send unsolicited bulk messages; reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data using automated tools; or resell/sublicense access without our written consent. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
QuickGlide connects to third-party social media platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Pinterest, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube. By connecting these accounts, you agree to comply with each platform's own terms of service and developer policies. QuickGlide is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that affect platform functionality.
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies or errors requiring editing before publication. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. QuickGlide does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or legally compliant for your use case.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, and do not guarantee any specific results (reach, engagement, follower growth, or revenue outcomes).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKGLIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Info@quickglide.in. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. EU consumers may also be entitled to protections under EU consumer law.
We may update these Terms from time to time, notifying you by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
